MT-A70 genes
MTA70 belongs to the writer of N6-methyladenosine, which is one of the first methyltransferases found in Arabidopsis. MTA protein was mainly distributed in mitotic tissues. The inactivation of MTA protein will affect the development of plant embryos, affect the development of plant embryos in the spherical stage, and eventually lead to embryo death. The number of mta70 superfamily in Pfam database is PF05063.
Our database uses Arabidopsis as a model species to count the number of 113 MTA70 genes in 27 Brassicaceae species, which is convenient for researchers to browse and download.
