Flowering genes
Plant flower in higher plants can be divided into two stages: the transformation from stem apical meristem into floral meristem and the formation of floral organs. The former is mainly controlled by flowering genes, while the latter stage is mainly caused by plant homology ( Heterotypic) box gene regulation.
Our database uses Arabidopsis as a model species to count the number of 13,805 flowering genes in 27 Brassicaceae species, which is convenient for researchers to browse and download.
