AlkB genes
AlkB belongs to the eraser of N6-methyladenosine. The demethylases AlkB, FTO and ALKBH5 of the AlkB family recognize different methylated RNA/DNA substrates. Among them, ALKBH5 is the m6A demethylase, the demethylase of AlkB family The demethylases FTO and ALKBH5 recognize different methylated RNA/DNA substrates, respectively.
Our database uses Arabidopsis as a model species to count the number of 419 AlkB genes in 27 Brassicaceae species, which is convenient for researchers to browse and download.
